This kitchen was a five day project, going from gloomy and dark to modern and light.  The home owner selected Shaker style Maple , providing a classic clean look that will stand the test of time.

Before

The kitchen before beginning renovation. Existing kitchen is dark, enclosed, lacking an open comfortable feel.

Step 1

The old doors and drawers have been removed. Cabinet boxes are being prepped for the new veneer.

Step 2

The first signs of a new kitchen begin to develop. Cabinets are in the process of being refaced with Maple veneer.

Step 3

Cabinets are refaced and ready for new doors, drawers and hardware. New molding is complete.

Voilą! Note the old upper cabinets above the peninsula have been removed giving the kitchen an overall spacious look.

Compare the old Pantry area with the new. Base and upper cabinets have been replaced with full height cabinetry.

The refrigerator cabinet is now full depth, giving it a more built-in look. This new pantry provides functional storage with a modern stylish design.

Our Videos

This kitchen was changed from white to Cherry with Mahogany stain.  Notice that the desk and upper above were taken out, the base and upper cabinets moved down and a new Pantry cabinet was added beside the Oven cabinet.  The existing Oven cabinet was changed from a single oven to a stack of three, consisting of a warming oven at the bottom, a conventional oven and micro at the top.  Tile counters were replaced with Silestone with a new full height tile backsplash.  Under cabinet lighting was also added to the the upper cabinets.
